I figured it out. Keep giving Coffee to Sophia at the college at night. After you give her coffee a few times you'll unlock the Hospital. Keep following that quest to unlock the sleeping pills.

This is definitely one of my favourite games on here, but the english translations are not that good. There's some bad grammar problems when translating to english, but it's generally not bad considering your first language isn't english :)
Also thank you for making the NTR skippable. Im not really a fan of the MC, i don't like corrupted MCs but it's a video game so it's only made for pleasure anyways, so i can understand it. Great game though, probably top 5 on this site
Well, that was a very pleasant surpise. A game already on version 21 suddenly pops up here. And it's a good game too! Thanks for posting it, I enjoy playing it, and I'm very curious to see where the story will lead me.

I haven't finish the game til now.. It got lots of potential!
Despite having some "dark" tags and some warnings, some other parts of it are adorable. Though, Its still shocking. Sometimes I regret some actions I made.

I know about the dealer but not how to unlock the hospital.
