If I'm not mistaken, you need to enter the house through the underground passage in the yard. Based on your image, you need to go up the stairs to get inside the house.
From what I see, you've reached the storyline where you torment Nora to get the password, so I guess to go upstairs, you need to torment the maid Nora before you can open the staircase door. I haven't replayed since version 0.24, but as far as I remember, to go upstairs, you need to torment Nora first, then Adele will take care of Nora, and you can open the staircase door.
And that's the problem, I can't talk to Nora because it says I have to get closer first, but there's no option to increase hearts, and honestly it's like the game skipped trigger quest, I mean when I enter the underground suddenly Nora and Adele appear without any cg or animation or talk wathever its called

In 0.24, we voted for Ophelia content, which he took the vote result. 3 months into development he announced that the content was cut and update was to delay. After a strong (I emphasize on strong) negative feedback he agreed to add it back, at cost of another 3 months of delay and Alice got removed.
At 0.24 release he promised again that 0.25 would be swift and supplemented whatever cut from 0.24. Which never happened. 0.25 was neither swift nor anything that he has set up expectations for. There is no Alice (he even changed the title, interestingly), Nora line incomplete, the nurse line(whatever her name) still crashes.
You praise your jesus and saviour however you please if you're not paying. I don't care, because now I am with you now and will too stop paying.

I found red key and than oppened box with it but because of woman outside i cannot progress. So there is nothing more i can do, and since girls that are supposed to be here doing their homework are not here game is softlocked there.

I had same issue but I updated to a newer version and it works
