2. Tap the hexanyl powder on the upper left corner.
3. Tap the hexanyl powder 3 times so it would spread on the small paper.
4. Tap the paper 2 times to roll.
5. Tap the lip-like icon.
6. Tap the cigarette.

Go to Dano's room at the morning when she's changing.
Sneak in Dana's room when she is asleep and max your stealth by licking or sucking on her breast. That is how I lvled up my stealth to max lvl 4
